Faith in the Workplace
Your rights in the workplace
Situation
People of faith do not have to check their religious beliefs once they enter the workplace door. Unfortunately, in many cases, religious people are being asked to compromise their core religious beliefs or face discipline, or possible termination.
ContextADF and its allies have successfully defended individuals who have been disciplined or fired for such simple and innocent acts as: wearing a cross pendant; refusing to place foster children in homosexual households; asking to be excused from issuing abortion-inducing drugs, and many other legally protected activities.
