Foreign law poses a grave threat to religious freedom
The ACLU and its allies have worked for decades to find new "rights" that our Founding Fathers never intended. Realizing that the United States Constitution can only be stretched so far, these groups are now actively promoting the use of foreign law to interpret the Constitution.
We are fighting this growing trend in the courtroom, but we need your
prayers and
financial support. Decisions regarding American laws must be made by evaluating our nation’s Constitution; decisions made by foreign courts must not be used as persuasive precedent to decide America’s domestic issues, such as same-sex “marriage,” religious freedom, and the sanctity of life.
