In addition to their legal attempts to impose same-sex "marriage" on America, advocates of homosexual behavior are actively working to win over the next generation of decision makers: our children.
In California, a new state law eliminates a school's ability to make distinctions based on biological sex. This law – a gender "free for all" – requires that anything that might promote a "discriminatory bias" toward someone's sexual identity or sexual orientation be removed from the curriculum – all the way down to
kindergarten. This means that if this law stands:
. . . textbooks will be rewritten to eliminate any endorsement of sex roles
. . . teachers cannot teach that a student's sex at birth is a student's true sex
. . . on demand, boys can now be homecoming "queen" and girls can be homecoming "king"
This law could impact students and families across the country. It seems unlikely that producers of textbooks will create a separate version solely for use in California, which means children throughout the country could be taught that wrong behavior is legitimate, or even desirable. Inevitably, such indoctrination will change the attitudes of young people toward homosexual behavior . . . and that will change the whole moral fabric
and future of America.
ADF has filed suit with our allies, challenging the constitutionality of this dangerous law. If this effort fails, we will find ourselves defending Christian families persecuted by the state for refusing to sacrifice their religious freedom.

Two cases were a "tie," and only one was lost (in Massachusetts, where the commowealth's Supreme Judicial Court used international law to fabricate same-sex "marriage").
