In case you have not heard, the Pulpit Initiative is a major effort launched by ADF in cooperation with dozens of courageous pastors. On Sunday, September 28th, pastors across the country participated in Pulpit Freedom Sunday. They gave sermons to their congregations applying Scriptural context to the platforms of those running for public office.
The intent of these sermons is to restore the right of all pastors to speak freely from their pulpits without fear of censorship or punishment by the U.S. Government. We are now a step closer to making that reality.
